No, it's not. The only Pea Soup Andersen's (that's the proper title, yo) left in SoCal is the one in Solvang. Those durned whippersnappers at T.G.I.F.'s took over the place years ago, and there no longer is public access inside the windmill. As far as I know, anyhoo.
